Bubble Pond at Acadia National Park

If you ever visit Acadia Nation Park, you’ll likely use the shuttle bus to get from one trailhead to the next. When I stepped off of the bus at the Bubble Pond, I couldn’t believe that a place this beautiful was real!

The trees, turning colors for fall, seemed to mark down the side of the hills and right into the water. The water was so calm and clear, you could see right down to the rocks at the bottom of the pond. This was truly a magical place and I’m so grateful to have had a chance to paint there!
